I don't know if you remember that we often spoke about a Reverso with an enamel dial in the past months and, even, years. We were a lot to secretely hope that JLC would hear our prays, and that the dream would turn into reality. Such a Reverso already exi...  

I like this much more than any of the 1931 models somehow because it's history in the making, not re-making. Nic, what's the other enamel piece you have on the post?

Making, and not re-making the History... That is an interesting point. I wrote something bout that in a post to come on the TT 1931, but to make it short, the TT 1931 is a Tribute to the original Reverso, and it is much more, to me than re-making the Hist...  

What an exquisite Verso picture .. Imagine: A gallery- piece in your home, on your wrist ! - mesmerizing tranquility looking out for the new day ! ( or maybe somebody may enjoy it the evening before , given the exquisite elegance..) In a way, you've made ...

It brings back sad sad memories of the reverso a eclipses "port of Singapore" which I believe will soar in value quite soon. Nico, can u find me a pic of the "port of Singapore" reverso? I cannot seem to find any on the web. I feel that the pieces that ar... 

But I doubt this is this one you wanted... Not sure that the Grande Reverso U.T will be a weak seller, my friend. The 200 pieces may sell quite fast, in my opinion, due to their relative rarity, and because fine enamel watches are not that many. I have no...

By the way, the 80th is the TT 1931. But a white metal Reverso enamel would certainly make a lot of people's day, indeed. Best, Nicolas.

I also wish for a "white metal version, coming with some blue minute indexes," and a meticulously finished movement to match the dial. Nevertheless, this is a nice addition to the Reverso line. I suppose the RG, the dial, the font all contribute to vintag... 

Even if I'm not a colored gold guy, I'm surprising myself to love it. But I can esaily imagine how a white metal version would drive me crazy. Now if you add a nicely finished movement, it would be the cherry on the cake, but I already hear some saying th... 

I must say for my taste only rose gold gives the proper value to such a classic milky marvel. Deeply rooted in the 30s this rose gold version enhance the elegance and retro feel of the art Deco. personally I like it a lot,and,,,it makes me think.....inten... 

And was wondering if it woudl not be the perfect companion for your RG Duometre... Two different but sublime approaches of JLC watches ... One round, one rectangular, both gorgeous. As for the retail, I stated nothing, I'm waiting for the information. Bes... 

because another one could be a perfect pair with my Duometre......2 different pairs with 2 different attitudes.....which way to go? Problems...... Mo

If now you want to make an 1 and 2 Duometre pair, that is another story, but both are good stories, with an happy end. Best, Nicolas.

Taking a picture of an enamel dial is a very difficult task. Seeing it in the real is the best way to fully appreciate all the subtile beauty of such a dial. But at least, through these pics, you have an idea of how captivating this watch can be. Best, an...

Thats exactly that ! - I can absolutely relate to that, same wavelength, if I may. I like your comparison with the masterpiece in art: You stand- you watch - you feel - hard to describe, at times. I guess ( hope not over the top remark), something touches... 

will have to see it during the post SIHH presentation. I'm not sure about the PG either, but who knows. It is of course a more "attainable" alternative compared to the eclipses. Is this basically the 975 reverso, but with different dial? Again, they have ... 

You meant 976? Yes, this is basically a Grande Reverso 976 case, BUT which is 0, 1 less large and less high. The only advice I can give you is to see it in the flesh. This was one of the hottest piece at the SIHH. Taking some pictures of it was a real cha...

I find the RG case, enamel dial and blue hands combination quite warm and appealing. A WG or Pt option would be nice too but that can come later. Regards, Richard.
