Dear Friends, I received a wonderful festive gift from JLC Singapore today... a box of mooncakes. The Chinese celebrate mid autumn with round pastries filled with sweet lotus seed paste. These delicacies are anticipated eagerly every year. The mooncakes I received from JLC were baked by the Raffles
