The guy obviously can't do math. I saw the first few minutes of the YouTube video. 2000 watches. 1 billion Euros. That means that each watch ON AVERAGE has to be 500,000 Euros. Sorry, but that's just not the case. That's decades years of production AT CURRENT RATES of watches at that price range. From the 400,000 CHF and up level, there is much less than 100,000,000 CHF in revenue per year at all Swiss watch exports (not counting Germany, so unless Lange makes hundreds of watches in that range...). That's just silly. But sure, if it's on YouTube, it ought to be accurate! This guy is not only stupid because he can't do simple math, but he's just trying to get a clickbait title. I wonder how Signor Fratini feels about that title. Is he happy and proud of the inflated value of his collection? Probably not. He has probably written it off to a major rounding error by an overzealous YouTuber. I would like to visit the hotels though. Maybe I should review the hotel next time I'm in Firenze and Venezia. A hotel for watch/clock lovers! That needs to be reviewed here on WatchProSite!
