I was faced with similar choice a couple of years ago. I was not completely happy with 5146 as I found it too “loud” for my taste. I decided to defer my purchase.
A couple of month later I came across the 5146 in white gold and slate-grey dial. That did it for me.
My choice then: left, but in white gold!

All things except looks and appeal aside , which one speaks the loudest to you? In other words, if you were shown a picture of these watches and had to choose one without knowing anything about their movement, price, case size, resale value, discontinued/...
