Jaeger-LeCoultre: Hmm, with a slightly smaller font for the 12 and 6 and just a bit smaller sector divisionstripes

the 'ring ' could be wider (moving it all thinner to the side of dial) and the subdiales could be further apart. I would also think a darker blue on the subdiales would improve the balance. Looking at the pocketwatch that would refine it significantly in my view. Further I do agree that massive blue

Jaeger-LeCoultre: seems very interesting from the front page only already. But can't seem to enter into it further (despite being signed in)

Look forward to actually reading it (in English) some day. I think these kind of efforts are commendable and congratulate you on finishing it! Robert

Jaeger-LeCoultre: the blue memovox.

Might not be fair as I have never been too swayed by meteorite to start with, and blue in general always has a special interest. Either way, both are nice choices. Robert

Jaeger-LeCoultre: manual for me too, but

Jaeger-LeCoultre: it is especially in this metal.

I just loved the depth (which I obviously did not capture properly in the pictures) of the countries and the seas. It looked perfect on the wrist even though it is not a small watch (especially after I adjusted the strap, pictures are from before I did)

Jaeger-LeCoultre: you are very right indeed.

My better half commented on the price of the Patek and suggested some alternatives.... (none of them being watches)

Jaeger-LeCoultre: Visited the retailer in holiday spirit

saw this beauty and tried it on. Now can't help but really wanting one... had a look around and saw something else very nice, but bit off topic in this threat.... Both beauties, but very very different watches. Can imagine owning the first some day. Best for the holiday season to all!

Automotive: I have been following the discussion Here a bit.

But now am really wondering if there is a revolution that you can share? Or have I missed the plot?
