Why James Bond's watch could have been a JLC!

Oct 31, 2008,14:57 PM

Today is the day for the launch of the new Bond movie, you know that !

This time James doesn't get a brand new AM. The last James Bond girl would be hard, if possible, to beat!

What I've read bout the movie is not very positive! I'm still planning to go and see it.

What could save the movie, if necessary?

Maybe a real watch!

Mr Bond, when did you wear a real watch for the last time?

Nothing new under the bonnet

Of course you don't get a new car, but you have a so excellent one……

I'm even sure you have a few to choose from! Can you choose your watch too? Are there real choices?

What about taking some time to investigate about this secret company called Jaeger-LeCoutre?

They have some intriguing secrets to share. You may be surprised by some of their talents!

Intriguing

You could begin and take it easy, with a brand new titanium Polo Fields, specially adapted to a rider like you!

Its black style would suit perfectly your night dress.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Squadra Polo Fields

Of course you're entitled to find it too square for a rounded mind like yours. Take some time to investigate more and find another option.

You dive, don't you?

How deep are you ready to go?

Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Diving GMT

You may not be able to follow your diving watch deep enough, but it will follow you everywhere. It's a GMT watch you know, so you can take it around the globe.

OK I have selected a last choice, in case you find the former one a bit too casual, if not too toolish!

Let me say that for this one you'll have to run, it won't be easy, even for you!

The watch comes from a time when you were trying your first Aston!

No not the DBS James, not the Vanquish, neither the V8, try to remember, the DB5!

Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox Tribute to Polaris 1965 Edition

THE watch would be perfect for you, not just because it's beautiful, waterproof, formal but humble!

It would be perfect because it has an alarm and you spend so much time in bed, lazy you!

I wish you good luck but at least this time I'll get it before you!

James, let us know how they work in your real life, we can't wait!

See you

Dje

Post Scriptum: if someone has another idea, another watch to present to James, don't hesitate!

Perfect J. BOND JLC Watch?

 By: amanico : October 31st, 2008-15:13
This one, maybe, for its innovative presentation of the Chrono? This one because of its class? Or this one because it belonged to the RAF??? Or this Beautiful Deep Sea Alarm? Well, indeed, J.BOND has a wide choice between all these marvels! Best! Nicolas...

Great thoughts - and pictures...

Love the collection and collective thoughts, Jerome. I think the perfect watch, while wearing a black tux and sipping a martini (shaken - not stirred, of course), would be a Reverso Grande GMT, so that he can keep track of time at the home office in Merry...

Nice proposition

was hoping that annie lennox could do the theme song but ended up on the lap on alicia keys. Horrible song, i think casino royale had a powerful theme song. Then the aston martin DBS was released and that cool transponder watch outdid the ubiquitous seama...

The only formula I know of in that form describes the resistance of a thermistor at temperature T, but I've only seen it written: R=R_0*exp(B*(1/T - 1/T_0)) Where R_0 is the initial resistance at the initial temperature T_0 and B is a material-specific pa...

Hi, This formula was written on the invitation for the presentation of the Extreme Lab last year! Of course this formula was the only information revealed about the subject of the presentation. Perhaps the most fascinating time during my relationship with...
