I keep it simple, somehow:
1/ don't have one of them, but adore them all, especially 2 of the four
2/ my favourite is the Septantieme - grey but sooo beautiful, in all aspects a feast for the senses, IMHO
It comes near to the perfect Reverso for humble, "padawanly" me..
- next comes the fabulous Minute Repeater .. Ding Dong.. Of course this can distract a court when a certain lawyer is pleading, as
I have heard the witnesses tell the rumors.
I love it for its consequence, its appeal, and for its conceptuality - beautiful food for thoughts and an absolutely super lovely sight
( even more, since I had the luxury to see it in the metal, and even look at it from my wrist, briefly)
And its variable play and reflection of light, the Ruthenium provides .. Quite special, indeed so !
- Almost more, than one can digest because of pure pleasure but also - how shall I say, depth of wisdom and courage of conceptual thinking, thing ahead, looking beyond horological horizons, as far as I recall..
- Somehow, more than just a watch, and as I think to know, pretty much so for you, as well, if I read some of your remarks, verbal, or written..
;
But also a watch, which makes me not only love it, but think about its 'raison d'être', lets me reflect.
Thanks my friend for having given the opportunity to see these on happy occasions already And now here again !
3/ and 4/ for me are ex aequo, no less to enjoy, probably, yet not quite as close as 70 ieme and Ti MMR
Just my humble 2 cents again,
joyful food for thoughts for any reader ..
Thank you dearly, my friend for this ' hommage en grise',
What a nice farewell hommage for M. Lambert !..
Best, as always,
hs
