strangely, yes, the bezel is fixed

It is quite strange, for a diving watch, to have a fixed bezel, as the bezel is normally used to time the diving (this role is here accomplished by the alarm feature). A rotating bezel with hour markers would also be a complete nonsense, so in the case of the DSA the markings are consistent with the fixness of the bezel. (dont get me started with the uselessness ot the AMVOX no-markings-rotating bezel, although I must admit I kindof like the watch now despite the design flaws)
Actually I see the DSA more as an alarm watch which can go underwater rather than a true divers watch, despite the small diver clearly engraved on the back and despite the name !
