Not exactly secret dreams but...
Jan 05, 2014,18:34 PM
A Reverso ultra-thin with a "big date".
In the MC models, a return to slightly smaller and more elegant cases, and more use of the dauphine hands. I think JLC finally got the hands right on the new MC Date. Let's have more!
I love both a big date and an 8-day movement as interesting and practical features, and mourn the demise of the Reverso Grande Date. I would love to see them revived in either a Reverso or a MC.

SIHH 2014. Your secret desires, dreams?
By: amanico : January 1st, 2014-00:54
You know that... At this moment of the year, when the SIHH is just behind the door, it is always the same. The frenesy is not there, but it is time for dreams, wishes, and hopes. What would you LOOOOVE to see coming, in 2014? I start, if you don't mind. 1...
Quite the ultimate list!
By: Goldenlutin : January 1st, 2014-01:50
Your list pretty much nailed it! You would be a great santa claus :) I think it's really time for a great comeback of the Chronomètre Geophysic (hand-would of course). I hope it will be like it was historically, i.e. an affordable (also available in steel...
Aaah, the Geophysic...
By: amanico : January 1st, 2014-02:01
We discussed the re edition for so many years, that the Geophysic is a bit like the Loch Ness Monster: Always speaking about, never or rarely seen. An alternative to the current Chronometre Royal which is automatic? ;) Best, Goldenlutin. Claus, Santa Clau...

Cheers :) Francois not quite at the top though;) ...
Yes, a good old chronometer
By: Goldenlutin : January 1st, 2014-11:24
Dear Santa, Yes please, give us a real good "old school" chronometer. It should obviously be hand-wound (like JLC used to do it or all the big names as Peseux 260, Zenith 135, etc...) and in the 60ies style. Would also be nice if it could have a huge srew...

compressor memovox
By: proestak : January 1st, 2014-02:34
I would like to see new models in the compressor line like a new version of compressor memovox. I would like also a more affortable extreme lab 3. Best Yiannis

I think for myself models will be by surprise, before you put an image هin your Post Grande Reverso Ultra Thin 1931 were fantastic. I'm waiting to See A Black Dialed Memovox WITHOUT Date. Thank you very much Happy New Year my friend (Nicholas)
I would add a central sec reverso tribute to that list
By: 4Js : January 1st, 2014-05:19
I think JLC could not make enough geophysic s to meet the demand! Your list is impeccable. But, I still got to find a Polaris 65 tribute. Your first post today is killing me :) Happy new year ! Joe
A TT Reverso with a Central Second does make sense.
By: amanico : January 1st, 2014-06:07
That would close the Tribute To Reverso theme with brio. As for the TT Polaris, I ca understand that. Mine were stolen, I couldn't stand that, and replaced both of them, with the help and the generosity of some good friends. Best, Nicolas
Thank you soo much ! .. Also for the nice pics ..

.. of this "greedy-but-what-shall- I do" list .. - to my naivité , I had been thinking, that there is no SS Round Tourbillon currently, - and the Reverso Chrono (RG) is discontinued, but I have seen it with Joe and others .. A Connoiseur piece, somehow - ...
Well, for SiHH2014:
By: Mark in Paris : January 1st, 2014-06:32
I would say another AMVOX, more like the first models (I don't like the last ones really, even the 7 from last year): so Same Player => Shoot Again. And of course, as already desired last year, a Duometre using astronomical displays (as you mention in ...
Agreed on the Amvoxes...
By: amanico : January 1st, 2014-06:52
Since the " 3 ", I am not really in love... And, personally, the " 2 " remains my favourite. This one will be hard to beat! I wish JLC could do a crazier version: An Amvox II with the pivoting case at 12 and 6 for the Chrono, and at 3 and 9 for a GMT, or ...
Yes, I didn't mention it
By: Mark in Paris : January 1st, 2014-10:26
but with the chrono/case function of course on the AMVOX 2 basis. I'm counting on you to use your pressure leverage on the staff ;)
A Duometre à Chronograph Rattrapante in black
By: Seeks : January 1st, 2014-06:39
A Duometre à Chronograph Rattrapante in black dial would be an awesome piece. And a dangerous one my wallet! It'll be an anxious wait for the next weeks Kind regards, -- Seeks
Curious...A Duometre " Astronomical "..
By: Seeks : January 1st, 2014-07:18
"Astronomical" as in price? :) or a complication like the Grande Complication ? Maybe a duometre for ladies à la Rendevous...
1,2 and 4!!!!!!!
By: moc : January 2nd, 2014-11:48
Well I don t know if you noticed a special edition of the Sphero for ladies…..it has aventurine dial… So,Duometre a Quantieme perpetuelle,Equation of time, aventurine dial ….Platinum case…… too much? Mo
I honestly have no dream for this year. My long time dream was...

...the Grande Reverso Calendar which JLC has kindly produced already. For this year, any round watch with moonphase will do. If they can put in that hand-winding, 8 days movement with sunray finishing like in the Master Eight Days Perpetual 40 then great....

To be honest….
By: Archy : January 6th, 2014-00:30
….I find it too big and thick - the case is similar to my Rolex Explorer 2 which is a sports watch. I know that the current taste is for big watches but I think it has lost the elegance of the 37mm version. I just find the "big date" and an 8-day movement...
