Amazing first pics of the Hybris Nico.As you mentioned no much to say about the Reverso ,but the Gyro is sublime. I must confess though that the original Gyro has a more classic look,and if i had to choose I'd prefear it. Its a graal watch,and well deserv...

Thanks for this tour of two marvels from JLC, Nicolas. So which would you choose, this Hybris Mechanica à Gyrotourbillon or the Gyrotourbillon II Reverso? I would have a hard time choosing I think. I prefer the Gyro II over the ‘standard’ Gyro I, but this...

You have nothing against some Caviar, before the main course? The first Gyro I is much better in real than in pics, my friend. I like to be embarassed at the moment of the choice, but in this case, I fear I have no other ( delicious ) choice than just...D...

the Gyro was already near perfection but this is just a dream.....to me you can't get any better, it is the ultimate watch which unfortunately I will never own in a million years but I feel honoured to have seen one in the flesh. This new version is gorge... 

It is good to see that some watches are just Dream Watches, IMO. But if one day I win the lottery... As for the time to assemble a Gyro I, I will ask, I totally forgot to ask when I was at the Manufacture! Best, my friend. Nicolas

Lately, I was a little jaded by redundant novelties ... but these two pieces, especialy the Hybris Mechanica à Gyrotourbillon is the kind of transcendent watch that revives love for haute-horlogerie . Thank you for your report and these scans Nico!!!!

The Gyro I has always been a favorite of mine (much more so than the II) and the skeleton version is a wonderful improvement on a legendary watch. I also like this version: Craig...

It will be difficult for me to speak about this version, as I never saw it in the flesh, and I doubt I will... To say all, I have quite a negative " à priori " on it. The trend goes for black watches, amen. Why not for " reasonnable " watches? BUT fo...

The Gyro I ,and the HM Gyro I have such a different personality. I'd say that the former Gyro I was an aesthetic surprise. Nobody expected such an original layout of the dial. 5 years after ( Wow, Time Flies! ), I think we get used to it, and to say all, ...

I seem to see from all your photos of the pieces from the set, that the Gyro and the triptyque seems to be fitted with Blued hairsprings, where the original werent. Can you confirm that JLC decided to put in Blued hairsprings for these? Merci and thanks f... 

You are not obsessed with the Blue Hairspring... At least, I wasn't. So, I didn't ask, but I will. My guess is that on the Gyro I, the hairspring is blued, but I'm not sure it is the case with the definitive Triptyque. Will have to check... Best, Stephen,...

I really enjoyed reading this post. Gorgeous pictures of SUPREME watches. Nowadays could say, that JLC is doing things better and better everyday. Four timepieces to dream about, with a superior finish, none to envy to no one. The Reverso à Triptyque give...
