... great post again, Nico!.. all these Funky times in Cal. 916 are very appealing to me, they are timeless. another feature i found all these watches is that they actually match with bracelet very well than that in leather strap (i think Goh will have no objection to second me!).
by the way, would like to supplement one more Funky shape to your thread. hope you don't mind

I really dig those massive cases from the 70's. One special mention can be said about the e 877, the fact that it uses a supercompressor diving watch case, which was seen on a very very rare diving deep sea alarm jlc of the 70's and one 1000m diving watch...
