A visit to Girard Perregaux.
May 5, 2009
This last May, by courtesy of the regional distributor for GP in Latin America, I had the privilege to visit Manufacture Girard Perregaux in the beautiful and history filled city of La Chaux de Fonds.
Our host, Mr. Willy Schweizer, curator for the Girard Perregaux and Jean Richard Museums, proved to be a wonderful host, just overflowing with knowledge on both brands, the production process, and lots of horological insight in regards to the progress of the region and the watch making craft in general.
This is a little on how the day went.
It was an early morning drive
We are getting close, and thus hot
