It looks fine on your wrist IMO! The black dial w/ exploding Arabic numerals has always been my favorite Dubuis dial combo. I also like the subtle yellow accents on your Excalibur too.

yes indeed
the rectangular pushers are quite new so they're relatively rare compared to the older round pushers. I do think the shape of the rectangular pushers blend quite well w/ the case.
