I think you certainly should contact the seller if you believe that he consciously tried to pass it as authentic / all original WT and if you challenged it on this aspect and he lied (and of course if he sold the watch with a premium because of the WT feature).
If he sold the watch as a 'fantasy dial' i.e. repainted in a scheme which was not like the original one, and both of you agreed on this, then it is fine, both parties know what has been sold.
Now, I must say this redial is of relatively good quality from an aesthetic point of view, so you might enjoy wearing the watch for its look. But it has very little collectors value (again, that might not be a problem if it is not what you were looking for).
Had the watch kept its sliver dial - and only had a fake WT inner dial - you would still have had the option to replace the inner WT dial with a plain one to make the watch legit again (this was an intersting memo in its original shape, being US and Stainless Steel (rare), and with a rare dial with the VI and IX markers).
With both dials painted black, the hunt for this special dial might be a real challenge.
I hope you won't lose too much in the process, or that you will enjoy wearing it nonetheless
