Well ordered rather... The watch is there but I needed a short strap for my small wrist so have to wait for the short strap which will come in around 6 weeks' time. Hence I left the watch at the boutique still. Here are some JLCs I short listed.... Either...

... looking at your existing collection, you already have a rectangular watch bought recently and you had been muttering about perpetual calendar.. So my guess would be the perpetual calendar.. as to the metal..mmmm... that's a tough one because i know yo... 

Yes I have been muttering alot about perpetual calendars lately... since Montblanc showed me their extremely elegant and good value Meisterstuck Heritage Perpetual Calendar. But the JLC mut 39 pc is also very nice!! Easier to read but also pricier than th... 

I have been been fascinated by the rg chocolate reverso since I saw the pics from Nicolas' sihh 2014 post. But the other contenders are very nice too so.... June I will post my new jlc :) Cheers Robin

All have their merits including the boutique special edition steel mut perpetual calendar where I didnt post the photo but saw it (the watch is waiting for its owner to collect). I managed to choose the one I feel it's best to start my jlc journey in the ... 

You're waiting 6 weeks, not for a watch, but for a strap. And what kind of strap would take 6 weeks to get to singapore? Now, the two straps you're showing are not created equal: there's a standard alligator, which is beautiful and which is on everything ...

When I contacted the kind people at Casa Fagliano about getting an oxblood strap for my Reverso Tribute to 1931, U.S. Edition, they told me it would "be ready in one month after order confirmation." I hope that is helpful information. Ano

As Montblanc has a PC in their current collection, Reverso Rouge should be the best choice. Am I right? Regards, Constantin

You know I have a heart and passion for Montblanc! To be fair, the JLC MUT 39 perpetual calendar is a stronger offering although it also costs materially more than the Montblanc Meisterstuck Heritage perpetual calendar. Price/Value to quality ratio wise, ...

All were good in their own right. I also had to think of my current collection and pieces I plan to add in future when buying this first jlc.... But in the end one of them just stood out and caught my heart. I just couldn't resist! Thanks for your kind co...
