So "over the top" that you can't even see where the top was

Well, since you ask, Nico... I've never seen a prettier dive watch!   ;-)
No one will ever accuse the owner of this watch of being subtle.  Why, I'd bet even Kim Kardashian would hesitate before wearing this objet d'art objet disastre.
I know it's Haute Joaillerie, but it looks like they coated the watch with glue and then rolled it in diamonds.  And all those circles in the dial make me dizzy! Even without the flying tourbillon!  There's the outer diamond circle, then the metal circle, then aventurine, then sapphires, then enamel (?) with diamonds (?) - whew, I'm exhausted!
I much prefer the simpler and down-to-earth ref. 5023402 which doesn't have the sapphires.

Oh, who am I kidding?  I'd kill to even gaze upon this thing!    LOL
I'm placing my order at the boutique tomorrow.
