Problem of Tribute to Geophysic --- Solved!

Thank you for the interesting write-up and great photos, Sydneyc.

I was especially interested in seeing how JLC has dealt with the buzzsaw issue regarding their chosen movement for the Geophysic Tribute, as shown by the emotional messages posted in this Forum several weeks ago when the new watch was announced.  The answer is utterly simple, as you indicated in your caption for the Geophysic photo, "The tribute to Geophysic (no movement inside)":  Don't include a movement in the watch!

Brilliant!  Problem solved in one fell swoop!  Just sell the case!  LOL   But, since you can't please everyone, I'll bet some people will not like this approach to the problem.   ;-)

It was an occasionally racuous (in a civilised manner of course!) evening, and a pleasure to attend. The watches were of course great, and the professionalism and care of the Hyatt folks of particular note. Team JLC in Australia are, as they say, tops (th...
