Hi GT,
It seems that JLCs in Hong Kong never need to be serviced. 
or they are not back from service yet!
I have no personal experience with JLC services in Hong Kong myself.
I can just say that I got a watch serviced by JLC in Paris before moderating this forum and it was a superb work done.
