Between this and the Blancpain X Fathoms...

... I'm now convinced Sea Monsters really do exist! Seeing is believing ;-)

Thanks for the overview of a *very* uncommon JLC.

I'd have to assume that this will be one of the scarcest of the compressor crown models when collectors look back on the era and try to consider it in context. While I'm not certain that the Master Geo Diving Pro will be a classic in the true sense, it may gain a cult-watch following like the equally excessive Omega Plongeur Pro did before the tribute model took it (comparatively) mainstream.

Best,

Tim

A strong beast with its 46, 3 mm case whose thickness is 19, 8 mm! But a very technical one, with its compressor crowns, its depth sensor incorporating a membrane able to measure depths till 80 meters while the water resistance is 300 meters, its titanium...

I don't have Fx's talent for that. ;) [nt]

X Fathoms / Pro Geo, there was also the IWC offer ( Deep One, then 2 and 3 ).

I exclude Panerai because, in my memory, it was hybrid, the depth gauge requiring a battery.... Yes, true Depths Monsters.... The references being the Blancpain and the JLC, I think I agree with that. Best; Tim. Nicolas

Very strong beast..Functionality for a niche-minority.. Like the light blue color accent..

.. Actually, looks a tiny bit smaller on your wrist than true dimensions suggest; Somehow interesting.. Thx for sharing and have a nice Sunday ! Best, hs

Absolutely, HS. A niche product. A friend of mine uses it as a daily beater.
