Vacheron et Constantin officially changed its name to Vacheron Constantin in 1970. At one time I had a ref 7592 with the cal 1120 automatic and ampersand dial, dated by VC to 1975. Lastly, both dial versions appear in the 1976 catalog, but not after then....

What imperfection do you see specifically? Actually, the more I compare this watch to other pictures from the same reference the more confused I am. Almost impossible to find two that are exactly the same exact font.
