My JLC Grail !

Hi Guys : Wanted to share my excitement on achieving my JLC grail. Can't say much about this watch that hasn't been said as it was named TZ watch of the year for 2010, But I'll give it a shot nevertheless. I was drawn first to it by it's perpetual smile, the cut outs 
, they are spectacular. I love the layout of the dial, very balanced with the sub dials, one for time and the second for the moon phases & date. I love the art work to depict the moon phases, really well done. Now to the case, it's got both brushed & polished surfaces in rose/pink gold which again is a joy see and admire. I love the attention grabbing 1/16 second hand going nuts and the fact that the crown is used clockwise & anti clockwise to wind the two separate power reserves. I hope you enjoyed my attempt at being a watch journalist however I'll leave it to the pros.

Your watch and the Duo chronographe are my two favorite JLC watches, I love the duo line in general. I am also a big fan of moon phases, just adds a very nice touch to the dial. Always love it when someone can acquire their grail. Enjoy it. Stewart
