One I didn't show you... Just a teaser picture, to make you salivate. Promising, isn't it? Best, Nicolas...

What a beauty! [nt]

 By: Luis6 : February 19th, 2014-03:40

Thanks for looking, Luis.

 By: amanico : February 19th, 2014-07:14

Sorry Nicolas, this one doesn't make me salivate.....

 By: Sandgroper : February 19th, 2014-03:42
these skeletons with the engravings, not for me. Thank you for the picture though;) Cheers my friend Francois from Down Under

Skeletons are hard to appreciate, indeed. Not everybody's taste.

 By: amanico : February 19th, 2014-07:15
Thanks for your feedback, François. Best, Nicolas

Agree with Francois here

This is probably one of the few JLC's that if you saw for the first time, you would not be able to guess it was a JLC. A bit too much of a feast for the eyes. No doubt this is a technical marvel, but I feel this one will not be on your wish list. Not your...

About the only skeleton I would gladly be wearing.....

 By: Sandgroper : February 19th, 2014-05:27
has to be the Reverso Tourbillon Skeleton No2! This out of any Brand which comes to mind. Because the skeleton is minimalist, and looks very elegant with that purity and clarity of engineering. Which is very much my cup of camomille;) There is really only...

You guys need to see it live before comment….

 By: moc : February 19th, 2014-06:45
I was on your side before last night. Mo

Hi Mo. Were you on my side? About what? It is true....

 By: Sandgroper : February 19th, 2014-16:36
that I have formulated my comments on this watch without even having seen it live! I plead guilty to that. However, don't we all do that, on this Forum? Occasionally? So, which side did you prefer? my left side or my right side?:) Cheers and sorry to disa...

I agreed with you before I saw it live…usually I don t like too much baroque finish

 By: moc : February 20th, 2014-04:48
but the live experience is just incredible. Of course we judge from pictures here, most of the times though the live experience changes our opinions…..for me at least. Mo

Ah! Thank you Mo, now I understand better, I was....

 By: Sandgroper : February 20th, 2014-05:42
not quite sure about your meaning. Adesso e tutto molto piu chiaro! Cheers Francois from Down Under

I am a man of obsessions, my friend. My heart is already taken...

Skeleton QP

By: Mark in Paris : February 19th, 2014-04:20
I'm not an engraved skeleton guy (like the one we saw in VC's collection too this year, very baroque), but it's a nice base they used for this iteration. If I'm not wrong it looks like this one, I like very much : Thanks for the news Nicolas, Cheers, Mark...

same movement…different finish...

 By: moc : February 19th, 2014-06:46
I am still a big fan of the modern 8days QP squelette. Especially in Rg Mo

Me too Mo

By: Mark in Paris : February 20th, 2014-10:35
Especially the skeletonized plate looking like a Mercator projection grid... A great QP. Cheers, Mark

You are taking scientific approach :)

Wow wow wow. Just wow. I am not a massive fan of enamel, but the limited and really tasteful use of it here is gorgeous.

 By: moc : February 19th, 2014-08:35

Now we are all in trouble Mo :)

.. without being in the position to comment in detail, I have to confess, I never have been fond of skeletonized watches, and this one for humble me is no exception , despite all the elements of Haute Horlogerie present One thing also strikes me, which is...

I totally understand your position, my dear hs.

 By: amanico : February 19th, 2014-07:55
Skeletons are not everybody's taste. And you elaborated your reasons with eloquence, as always. Thanks for your input, my friend. Nicolas

wow, I'm in love

 By: AHMED.G : February 19th, 2014-07:54
I'm always against any (manual) Perpetual Calendar but this one is an EXCEPTION .. please more picture & info .

With a 8 Days movement, you have quite a comfortable margin.

 By: amanico : February 19th, 2014-07:57
Will post, don't worry. ;) Best, Ahmed. Nicolas

I will need to hold two watches side by side

 By: 4Js : February 19th, 2014-10:45
Up to now, if I wanted a perpetual skeleton, then in my opinion this is the best one made: The finishing is exquisite. Do you know the target price of the JLC? Is this an apples and oranges comparison? Well, side by side would be of great value for me. I ...

Not bad, Joe.

 By: amanico : February 19th, 2014-11:17
This JLC is bigger than the VC. I always liked this PC Skeleton from VC, by the way. As for the target price, I didn't even ask, but I will! Best, Nicolas

Around…..

 By: moc : February 20th, 2014-04:46
90 95 € give or take….I might be wrong though. There is no comparison in my opinion,JLC all the way if it wash t for just one detail that doesn t convince me 100%. Mo

Yes very promising...

It took me a couple of hours to regain composure and resumed work :P

 By: Ruckdee : February 20th, 2014-06:19
As you know, I don't scream every day or ever. This stunning piece warrants an unrestrained exclamation (at least for me). Ruckdee

You should have to warranty our keyboards Nicolas
