I will put this summation in a separate post since the original post exploded...

Another week has passed... A week in Tribute To JLC's TT Watches and our waiting game for 2014 SIHH news!
A whole week with only modern watches was a very different experience for me...
Normally I mix a lot with vintage watches. So, was it Good or Bad? Well, it was good!
A week where everything was new, nice and shiny, no worries about water resistant or scratching plexi...
Even if it was three pairs of watches (DSA/Polaris/Reverso) and one Chrono, the experience on the wrist was sevenfold!
TT Deep Sea Alarm
The differance between the JLC and LC version of the DSA is only in the dial, but on the wrist it feels like two complete different watches.
I find myself appreciate more the sensual case on the JLC version (even if the two have the same case) while I am on the LC version is more drawn to the non-classic LC dial.
Another conclusion is that I play more with the alarm on the JLC, while on the LC I keep the alarm on 12, to keep the logo text straight.
Interesting to hear peoples different opinion on the TT/Re-addition/Homage/Copy subject.
For me, I think there is no real right or wrong here - only different opinions...
Me, I love to play the Original/Tribute game!
As I know we are several here playing that game, we should do a O/T Roll Call one day!
TT Deep Sea Chronograph
Well, even if it very similar to the DSA... The experience on the wirst is again, different.
Now the dial feels more busy, and the slime profile on the crown side is more crowded...
Still, I think JLC pulled it off and made a great looking two register chrono!
TT Polaris
This watch is the one to be most true to the original. Even kept the snap on case back construction.
On the P68 I do wish that JLC wouldn't have put a white border around the indexes. I do not mind the colour, but the white line outside the orange I could have been without.
The good part with the TT vs the Original is the quick date set mechanism and the sound of the gong.
The P65 is very different on the wrist due to the PL. Much heavier, more present on the wrist than the SS version!
The glossy back dial, the sharp dauphin hands...
TT Reverso
Who can resist the blood red dial?! It is so it captivating! Changes colour every time you move your wrist or the when ever the light changes...
If you have problem to resist the Red, how about the Blue?! Shifting from clear blue to black depending on its mood...
And the white verso side with GMT/24 hour function and a pattern that is so crisp that you may count the lines with your bare eyes...
Thank you all for following my week! And a special thank you, to you dear HS, for following me to the "bitter end"!
Best
