Third time a charm

Here is another old JLC catalogue.

This one is from 1970.

Unfortunately in French, but maybe some of the members here might help translating.

Otherwise I can recommend XooXle translation, that what I did…

It’s interesting to see the people in the catalogue and the fashion.

Feels like you stepped in to an old Bond movie…

Just waiting for Roger Moore to be on one of the pages!

The text and the pictures are to die for. The lady in picture re to the Memovox looks a lot like Emma Pale! My idol. And what about the texts: " A Lady Really Lady says yes to JLC. " Or: " A very busy man lives with a JLC Memovox " ( which is true, by the...

i fully support your great initiative...

Do a second post about the 80- and 90thies? For me that period is a black hole… Don’t know much at all. Maybe not as exiting do to all quartz movements, but still..? Best Blomman

I had the feeling you would like this one! :)

And your beautiful MM DS are in there as well! As I said you get the feeling of Roger Moor, the Saint or Bond… Almost expecting some cool gadgets to appear from one of the watches! Great idée with a reference post! Will try to contribute. Best Blomman

Correct, Blomman.

Nice journey in childhood. What about a Volvo P 1800 or Emma Pale's Lotus? Eeeh? By the way, I am preparing a cool post referring to the 70ies and JLC...A bit odd, completely crazy, but ooh so funny. Best, Nicolas

Lotus, for me please! :)
