My First Jaeger LeCoultre (Master Calendar) - Proud To Be In The Family
Mar 02, 2010,07:46 AM
hi JLC Family,
Finally a few days ago i made the Decision to go for a "Jaeger LeCoultre",
before that i was opting for a "Mont Blanc" "Nicholas Reiussec" which was almost in the same range of my budget,
as for the budget's sake,
JLC's Master Calender (Stainless Steel) version was way more expensive than the "Mont Blanc's - Nicholas Reiussec",
which had me spinning i couldn't decide - cos Mont Blanc's Watch had some Historic edge to it as it's their First Movement,
but i love JLC's Watch's as they're well known for their skills in watchery - like the salesman told me......
so i went on a shopping spree trying out all the watches the mall had to offer,
i've tried out the Mont's Blanc's Nicholas Reiussec - the finishing was abit rugged and bulky (i know...it's a chronograph) but there's something missing to it.....
when i went into JLC's Boutique,
i was AWESTRUCK by the MASTER CALENDAR..... as i asked the salesperson i have only a budget to spend.....
me and my wife fell in love at first sight....it was B.E...U..tiful...
the finishing was elegant and it goes with most outfits.....
i just don't know why one look at it and the feeling of it on my hands just had me forking out extra $$$$ for it...
i have no regrets buying it over other brands that could even offer me SOLID GOLD...as for watch lovers; it ain't about the material but the skills needed to create such a master piece
