This is a Cal 956, with a gong suspended , a separate bezel for the alarm mechanism. There will also be an oscillating weight with the now traditionnal ball bearings system. It's a 28 800 vph movement, with a power reserve of 45 hours, and made of 268 pie...

that of course. But that is insufficient to imagine what the movement could be like from my grouchy perspective. Will the movement have a full rotor or is it derived from the original Cal. 825? Is it a development of Cal. 918? Gong suspended on the caseba...

I didn't break a Polaris for the moment...LOL Yes, this is a variable inertia balance. The gong is suspended at the back of the case, not at the side. This is not a development of the cal 918 ( Amvox I ) nor a derivation of the cal 825. That's all I have ...
