Black Memovox pictural competition!

Feb 29, 2008,18:14 PM

We are all waiting for the next black dialed Memovox that is coming in no much more than a month now !

Let me show you the last two un-compressored black dial ones!

You know this one well

I was born a 30th of something so this watch is for me

The diamond cut Master Memovox

Both black dialed but so different

The little nervous and the big cool watch

One is closed the other is opened

You can't stop it

In case you didn't notice

The only sapphire back Memovox ever

Sylvain Golay regulated this one

The mysterious back

A pure case design

An old fashioned Master

A worthy name

Wake me up

The hidden device

Crowns crowns crowns

Too many crowns

Two different cases

Not really sisters

Which one do you prefer

Turn the music on

A second passing by

Another second

Diamond triangles

A worn buckle

The triple second

The bezel

The crystal bezel

Wristy

36

No 369

And 4 seconds

42

Small 42

1000

The timber

The birth of sound

The hidden sound mother

Inside the Amvox

That was the past! Soon the future!

But congrats on your 857 first of all! I have no information as to whether the 857 is a legitimate piece to feature a movement that is signed different from the dial. But I can hardly imagine a reason why a Lecoultre signed piece would originally have a m...

A pair with history...

 By: pplater : March 1st, 2008-21:30
Terrific shots Jerome. Here, the same pair, but poor efforts by comparison: First, the ‘little sister’ (maybe a little aunt???) – With the one that bridged the past (a la Polaris) and the future: Finally, with an invitation for you-know-who… Cheers, pplat...

Fantastic, pplater!

....and four is better than three, etc., etc. Hopefully, however, if you JLC - hungry Frenchmen leave any for the rest of the world, this will become a 'trio' after the release of a new family member in a couple of months. As for the invitation: the chanc...

Hi, Thanks for your pics. Did you notice the difference with mine? Can I ask you the serial number of yours? Cheers Dje

Never seen one like mine...

 By: JoeT : March 2nd, 2008-15:32
I noticed a difference for a long time ago...I actually have never seen one like mine. I think we are talking about the same thing (on the back). My serial number is 12xx, which is personally believed to be close to the production ending time. Regards, Jo...

Another 'old'style' here....
