Don't know about that, but
when visiting MJLC one of the most interesting facts was their tooling 'archive'. MJLC actualy keep and archive their tooling parts (forms, molds etc.) so they can basically reproduce any part they need to restore a watch they produced. I am not sure how far back this goes, but surely well in place for contemporary models.
