MUT is not the thinnest wristwatch movement by far

I think that in current production, Patek, V&C, and Blancpain ultrathin movements (same FP base caliber) are thinner, and in all times, the thinnest wrist movement is the Jean Lassale 1200, which at 1,200 mm is really much thinner than the current JLC ultrathin at 1.89 mm (which is 50% thicker than the Lassale !!! )

The Lassale 1200 is also a masterpiece in terms of quality and finish !

This question 'cause i read it in a french horology magazine (La revue des montres, october 2006) Is it true?

Hi Edouard, That may be possible as this is something I've heard. But I've also heard that they would not change anything on this watch anysoon. Both statements from different insiders. The information you've read on the magazine (I've read it too) seems ...

which would satsfy everybody. To me the appeal of the MUT is it's the smallest, thinest, mechanical watch in production - possible ever made. A bigger size might fit peoples wrists better given the fashion for larger pieces, but for once lets not follow f...
