Certificate of Origin

Hi, I just bought a Patek from the grey market. It was bought by a guy from an AD less than 5 months ago. The watch is brand new, double sealed and all documents are in place. One thing that concerns me is that the original buyer obscured/erased his address by blacking it out  in the Certificate of Origin (understandable, I thought during that time). But now that I am reading the whole document I see that the certificate says: "The Guarantee will be considered void if the Certificate of Origin ... has been modified/altered in any way." Should I be worried? Can someone put my mind at ease? smile
