Something along the lines of the Master Grande Ultra Thin but with date instead of the small seconds at 6 O'clock. I believe that the VC Patrimony Contemporaine automatic w/date is one of the nicest classic and elegant dress watches out there and this would be a JLC equivalent but of course with JLC
That's not worth the risk. I get a bigger discount than that from my AD. I think building a relationship as a client and supporting the notion that this won't be the last watch you will buy from them can loosen things up considerably!
The watch repairman at my local JLC AD said that magnetization would only make it run slow or fast. He also said that if it winded fine when I wear it on my wrist all day (and it does) then there is no problem with the winder. He did tell me one interesting thing that I'll share with my fellow Puris
This just started happening in the last two days: I can manually wind the watch 30-40 times but then if I just put it down and don't wear it, it stops. Any thoughts?
