Officine Panerai: I really like the look of both, but I have the same hesitation as you

I am afraid the weight of the composite will be too light. I would love to try the 386 and see how it feels before making a final judgement One concern I have of the ceramics is the risk of cracking the case. I've seen posts by owners who have cracked the case of their 292 with a simple strap change

Officine Panerai: by the way, you are not the only one who feels this way

g Source: Sitetrail.com m the site went from 3,500 unique visitors/day to a peak of nearly 6,000 about the time the 360 was announced. The drop off starting in September coincides with the 360 debacle, and the year end number is less than 1/3 the number of visitors vs the same time last year. Ne

Officine Panerai: Hi Sam, I'm assuming you mean it has a green hue under sunlight

if so then I agree it will not look the same as a true T dial. I wonder if there is a luminova that has a more orange hue when "charged".

Officine Panerai: you're probably right. I actually do like both

and own a 270. I think the "fang" works well on the 270 given the "busier" dial with the date etc. But for a hand wound piece without a date I think the PR has to be on the back, otherwise the fang without a date may look unbalanced on the dial.
