I've had my Safari for a little over 3 years now and it's also "sick". Not holding the power reserve and intermittently stopping. I contacted the Clearwater service center and they were very helpful. It turns out I will be in Miami in July so I can drop off my safari at the AP boutique in Bal Harbou
