I hate to say it but my experience with 1st JLC is worst...

I am still giving my AD a chance to 'fix' it and hopefully they come through for me. I'm still pretty bummed with the whole experience though sad

that's why there is a 2-year international guarantee. I've seen a problem here or there, but the "failure rate" is quite low for JLC. It's unfortunate when it's your first. Let us know how it turns out. -Dean

You can ask JLC to set your watch a bit faster, no problems here. As for the Chrono issues, that can be easily solved, too. This kindof things can always happen, as it happened to me with some watches from well known brands, such as PP, U.N or VC, for exa... 

Maybe they can do something more to give us more information about the status....

As a recent owner of a JLC, I think exactly the same as NIcolas, these sort of things always can happens. The important thing, IMO is that the watch comes back flawlessly and that the repair time be the minimum. However something that is important to me a...

Buddy I should advise you to try and contact someone at JlC Switzerland they will definitely help you. Also making a phone call helps the phone nos are on the website. Cheers

I can't add a lot to what the others have said except that it is important to keep in mind that your watch may have left the JLC factory after its significant testing quite some time ago. There is no telling exactly what has happened to it in the interim ...

I don't have a JLC (yet!) but I am sure it can be all sorted out... and your baby would be good as new...there is a bad one every so often... keep us updated...
