Cal 489 : 1950 - 1958. Cal 814: 1953 - 1964. Cal 910, and 911: 1964 - 1979.

Left out of the list: caliber 601 alarm

The JLC caliber 601 alarm movement is often left out of production lists because few collectors have seen this movement. It was introduced after the caliber 489 and before the caliber 814. It was made in 1952 and only 2,000 examples were produced, accordi...

Cal 601 Memovox size....

The cal 601 Memovox is a very small model. Only 32mm diameter and 37mm measured lug-to-lug. I've never seen any other case variants or different case materials for this scarce model. To the best of my knowledge, it was only offered in this 80 micron yello...

Do you know when JLC stopped the proiduction of the Cal 601? Yes, it is a weird story, because JLC could not necessarily consider the Cal 601, due to the presence of the 489 and the 814. One day, I will have to ask them why they produced in such short tim...
