Because they are only homeage to the design, but don’t copy the original 55mm case size. The Stowa is 41mm and the GO is 43mm.

you may want to track down a Wempe flieger- made several years ago -think late 90's I owned one and sold it-- I believe it was actually made by chronoswiss for them with a very attractive hand wind movement.
