Patek's system is the pin and hammer system, where a sleeve with a crimp holds the pin in place. I really don't like the pin and hammer system.

I've seen that style called "pin and sleeve" and IIRC Omega uses it a lot

Omega does use it a lot. They're transitioning away from it. More to the screw and bar system. Like this AP.

I have sized and changed AP bracelets for over 20 years. The new design is A-OK.
