I have the opportunity now to buy the Geophysic 1958 in steel new, and I personally prefer this one to the TS that was recently launched. On the other hand, there is also a part of me that thinks maybe the premium required over another in my option which ... 

It is a kind of back to the fundamentals. Now, I feel the case is a bit outdated. While the Geophysic enjoys a great case. Macho and charming. The Geophysic is less coherent, historc-ically speaking, than the Master Control which is a clear interpretation...

The Geophysic was not in store so couldn\'t see but the MC feels very nice on the wrist, as most have attested. Didn\'t pull my heart strings hard enough so decision not made yet.

I fully agree with the Geophysic being a watch for connoisseurs. Went to the boutique yesterday but the watch isn\'t there in the metal. I will have to buy before seeing if I wanted it, and this is something I usually don\'t do because I find that a watch...
