2 feelings: - Admiration for this work of Art. The JLC Gyrotourbillons are my fav Tourbillons, along with the Girard Perregaux " Gold Bridges " and the Ulysee Nardin Royal Blue. But the JLC add something more than a " simple " scultpural beauty: Art in mo...

This is the difference between erotism and pornography.

Erotism suggests the movement, Pornography shows all. All thr best, my friend. Nicolas ...

That is gorgeous, fascinating, and powerful.

I will soon post something about Madness and talent... Funny coincidence, I started to write it early in the morning.... Best, my friend. Nicolas

I wonder what the mad scientists will come up with for the Gyro 4?

 By: cory : October 30th, 2014-12:19
Love the Gyros and how they Gyrate. ;) number 4 will be special I'm sure. Love JLC. ;)

I love the III Gearbox BUT

Not keen on the complication... chronograph + day/night... unusal! As much as I know the Gyro is like a beating heart and must be on display for view but I kinda dream of seeing a complex Gyro Gearbox only visible from the underside and maybe the side of ...

To Date Gyro No. 1 is my fav!

You cannot use a MUT case for a Gyrotourbillon.

 By: amanico : October 30th, 2014-23:10
It needs some height to move.

Of course it does... I did not mean literally use the MUT case

 By: cory : October 30th, 2014-23:39
But more the clean lines and aesthetics of this piece. Is it possible to get a gyro in a 40mm case do you think? Thinking not.

40 mm? I don't know, but 42 mm or 41 mm could work.

 By: amanico : October 30th, 2014-23:50
JLC already reworked their cases. Which is a good point. As this was, in my opinion, the only weak point of the Gyro One. Best, Nicolas

41mm would be nice ;)

 By: cory : October 30th, 2014-23:59
I love the MUT case lines and would be interested in seeing a thicker version of this... I'm not sure on the Gyro III case either. What is the minimum case thickness a gyro complication needs? 15mm? Where do you think JLC will take the next Gyro? Looks li...

15, 5 mm for the Gyro One and III.

 By: amanico : October 31st, 2014-00:26
I guess you can go slightly below, around 14, 5 mm.... Best, Nicolas
