Watch in masthead for sale
I see from Antiquorum's Vox magazine (pg 104) that the watch in the masthead is coming up for sale later this year:
"Jaeger, 18K gold and enamel, keyless astronomical dress watch with perpetual calendar, phases of the moon, minute-repeating, split-seconds chronograph with 30-minute register in special case, with skeletonized dial. Made in only two examples in 1931.
Estimate: SFr. 300,000 - 350,000
($ 240,000 - 280,000)"
