JLC Black Memovoxes E 855 / E 859.

To paraphrase a Duometre ad, " One legend, two faces ". Black Memovoxes are highly attractive. There is a difference of 7 mm between these 2, but their presence and strenght are undisputable. The E 855: The E 859: Here featured in the same catalog, from 1...

This Master Mariner Chrono? I discovered it a few years ago.

When Blomman posted this US ad of the E 857, too.... A European counterpart? Well, we both have some, my friend. Another ineresting and passionate discussion is to try to guess which would be the 3, 4 or 5 Kings, in a Vintage JLC collection. That would be... 

Oops!.. Indeed we both have these EU-equivalent Chronos !..Love it !.. And yes...

A beautiful set of morning watch photos, and a charming set of black dials on white metal (my favorite!). I do think the E857 is the Deepsea, and the Polaris is the 859, but it makes no difference in the appeal of these images! Best, Tim

I have seen a Polaris 68 dial mounted in a E 855...
