Just for interest I'm told that my version was less than 50 pieces. The saddest part though was learning that after the Danish investor take over in 2015 UJ stopped all the inhouse production and instead used outsourced companies to produce all the parts, and UJ themselves merely assembled everythin

Independents: No one knows for sure,
KV bought them outright so he's the owner rather than CEO in 2021 and is due to relaunch with a new series of watches at some point maybe this year. He missed the 2023 250th anniversary citing they weren't ready. Meanwhile his daughter Venla actually runs the curretn maison where she and two others
