would use the font on the Pilot Aeronef Type 20 on another timepiece. I love that font, and would buy a Zenith watch today if they came out with one that was a reasonable size (say 44mm). I was all ready to place an order for the Areonef until I read the size.
I have to say I am in love with my JLC MCD Chrono. It has quickly become my favorite watch. I find myself drawn mostly to the Master Compressor, but could see a reverso in my future
I chose this one over the Navy Seal models because for me personally I really like the blue accents on the watch as opposed to the all black of the Navy Seals' watches. The other thing that really swayed me (I know this is going to sound funny) is that I really think the hands on the Navy Seals' mod
I posted some pics when I first got the watch. They can be found here. jlc.watchprosite.com I'll try to remember to take some in the dark tonight. It has a really nice strong lume to it. I haven't really spend a long time with it in the dark, so I am not sure how long the lume lasts for.
and absolutely love it. I don't have any experience with Omegas, but from what I understand JLC makes better movements (please feel free to correct me if I am mistaken). I love the watch and get tons of compliments on it. The watch has been bulletproof so far.
I can tell you that they not only make some fantastic watches but have great service as well. I really like most of their watches, and might have to pick up that new pilot watch.
