Dear Amanico, I got his watch when I was 18, that is 55 years ago. It was serviced every 2 year but I left the scratches in the gold and what we in Holland call "de wijzerplaat" what it is after all those years. Should that be restored? or left. I like the years visible but is this also the meaning

In 1960 I bought this watch. I lost the gold on the hour button, but with servicing and changing the glas nothing happend in 57 years. I did not polish or clean anything so I think it is original and it should stay so. i am stil looking for an original JLC clip and a way to gold the button. Finding

I am the first owner and I bought the watch (815) in 1960 new. I lost the gold of one of the buttons, further nothing changed. So this should be original.

Seiko: Seiko 2418-7000

I found this automatic in a box from years ago. We bought it in 1970 and forgot about it. Is there a history? It is a 23 jewels hi-beat with number 242463. Thanks in advance Peter de Jong

Seiko: The Bishop

Beeing the first owner I stil have the original 7A28-6000 as worn by the Bishop in the same movie. Serviced by Seiko and stil some parts ( red buttons and a few links) present I didn't wear the watch often ( profession). It stil is a beauty with a movie history. I think it is from 1984.
