I've got an another Reverso, the chronograph retrograde , and my feeling is that the 1948 as more casual, specially with a blue or a brown strap. I think it's due to the size of the case (very long) and the very light dial that makes it look bigger than real. The result is a nearly sporty Reverso. B

I think it's because of the high contrast between the dial and the hands. The lack of AR coating doesn't help either.

Thank you for your great macros. I never noticed that the dial was stamped.

It was my first holyday place delivery. It's a better feeling than receiving the watch at the office. In a more serious context...

Many thanks for your nice comments. I take a lot of pics with my iPhone and less than 10 % is worth sharing. The quality through quantity... No, I'm not living with tonton, but yes, I love my old teck table. It always provides me a neutral and nice background, with no scratching risk. Nicolas
