strange JL watch

I came across this  JL watch on ebay, under the title 'vintage 1950's Jaeger le Coultre World Time automatic'. It is some sort of mixture between a polaris and memovox world timer. The description says it has an automatic movement and has a mechanical alarm, so the movement must be cal 815. It also mentions the diameter: 36,25 mm. I have never seen such a watch made by JL, and my feeling is that the dial has been refurbished in a quite creative way. But may be I am wrong ?
